Prepare the person for the path, not just the player for the game

The Women’s Basketball Blueprint is a 100% female-led development and leadership pathway built for the Hunter’s next generation. Combining elite on-court execution, dedicated sports science, and direct mentorship from WNBL and college athletes, we equip players with the poise and durability to dominate the senior ranks. We prepare the person for the path—empowering confident, driven young women to excel on the court and thrive in their careers beyond it.

Built by Women. For the Next Generation.

Across regional basketball pathways, U18 and youth female players face the steepest drop-off cliff in sport. Too often, the pathway stalls because of a lack of visible female leadership at the senior club level and programs that only coach for the weekend game.

The Women’s Basketball Blueprint is a dedicated 6-week elite development and leadership ecosystem. We combine advanced technical skill on hardwood with physical durability, mental composure, and high-performance life habits. Through direct access to elite mentors and senior female coaches, we equip emerging athletes with the tools to dominate their competitive basketball pathways while thriving in their academic and professional pursuits.
